Imaging & Photonics Systems

Phasor maintains it's independence by being able to  configure systems from a range of  vision system and automation suppliers, it also designs all of it's own LED imaging solutions.

Our photonics and imaging laboratory is equipped with all the latest camera and LED illumination to  enable the full evaluation of any new application and to  allow us to  support all of our existing customers. Our photonics lab includes:-

Intelligent camera systems  - Cognex 5100 series, Cognex DVT colour CCD, Cognex  DVT Linescan, Omron CCD & vision sensors

PC based imaging solutions - JAI High resolution CCD, Sony CCD

LED Illumination - Infrared, red & white 5mm LED, UV & high power white LumiLED, strobe pulse controllers and advanced illumination systems

Structured light systems - ring LEDS, Laser lines, on axis illuminators, large format 400mm square arrays.

Automation control - Omron and IMO PLC solutions and programming

Access to  XRAY imaging using AJAT CMOS sensor as part of a joint customer development project

Software Systems

Each of the Intelligent camera systems comes with it's own software platform and Cognex Spreadsheet, DVT Intellect and Omron software are supported

PC systems are programmed in Visual C
